This is a follow up on the Pizza Hut Review which was due to be re-evaluated 6 months later. It had amazingly different results... for the worse! Now there is no way all the Pizza Hut's can be this bad... or can they? Either way, I decided to make Pizza Hut in Denver / Denver South area the worst Pizza Hut location in the states.
My order at first started off great... I hopped onto PizzaHut.com and logged in and setup my order. It was a Large Stuffed Crust 3-topping Special (Pepperoni, Sausage, Olives). I also ordered the two liter of mountain dew. With tip, this came out to a $22 order... Within moments I got a message saying my pizza will be here soon!
About an hour later it arrived 10 minutes late. I don't mind at all, anything for a great pizza right?! However I got a great surprise! Right when I went to pick up a slice of Stuffed Crust Pizza my fingers broke into the brittle pizza crust making flakes fall off everywhere. At that point I was like great, what in the world is going on... As I picked up the brittle pizza to further investigate, the sausage just rolled right off like an avalanche onto my plate! The only thing left was a dry brittle pepperoni pizza!
At this point I wasn't even hungry, all the evidence points to only one thing. They cooked pepperoni pizzas before hand since that's the most popular... Then when someone makes an order, they added the toppings later and re-tossed it in the oven making the crust get brittle and nasty. More than likely they did this to save time because they were lazy. There is no way I am going to recommend Pizza Hut after these types of experiences.
There is absolutely no quality control and no training going on in these facilities down here... With the unemployment rates reaching a record high, I know there are millions of people who would love to work at Pizza Hut and take it seriously. So how can they just sit there... and continue to let it happen.
With that said, this review got half a star. Only because the Mountain Dew was actually pretty good. So if you happen to drive down or visit Denver, be sure to double check where your eating pizza!
